You have got to be kidding!?! You guys need help. Please, I suggest that you see this site for the Virginia Citizens' Defense League. This group has been very effective in combatting new legislation and rolling back old legislation (and this where we are relatively free of such onerous restrictions). I know Mr. Van Cleave would be very happy to respond to your request for details (via e-mail) on what works for him and our organization. It takes a lot of work and dedication but it can be done.

Wow! I feel for you guys. I can't even imagine something like this happening here in the US. But as soon as the libs and antis see something like this it will only get them pushing for the same here.

You guys need to fight this for all you are worth. Yet again someone is trying to give the tool an evil mind...........instead of the CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!!!

I can't put in writing what I think needs to be done in this country.

Whaaaaat??????
What in earth for? Did you have a rash of assasinations with compound bows lately? What is their bizarre rationale?
Come on they must give some reason as to why?
I thought Canada was bad.

Iron Buck,
You can't imagine it happening in the US?
We have seen repeatedly D. Feinstein and Schumer or is it scummer on Canadian TV (CBC)in the last few years, claiming the Canadian gun registry is being studied by the Democrats as an example for the US.
Watch out!!!!

Someone shot someone, I think a kid in school killed another kid with a cross-bow.

Immediately our idiot gov'ts, prompted by NSW, started talking about banning cossbows.

Crossbows are not very popular in Australia so the crossbow industry in order to get wider support to fight it stuck compound bows into the mix. They claimed it was illogical to ban crossbows and not compound bows as well (shitheads). So the gov't added compound bows to the banning list as well.

Complete lot of f@c%ing indiots, the lot.

Not sure what has happened since.

Dear NitroX

I fell down from my seat when I read compounds could be banned in Australia. Madness is striking again?
Immediately I conveyed your post to the prominent leaders of the French Bow Hunters Federation (FFCA.com)
I asked them to immediately react and lend our support to You.
I think they are not stupid but will please give a link to them to be extra sure the info is transmitted.
Thanks

That is utterly stupid! What is going on in this country? We were supposed to be the lucky country but more and more everyday I am starting to think I live in a police state!

Gee, I wonder what their logic is, crime? Probly 0.001% of all homicides would be with a bow! First crossbows (still lucky here in the NT though), now compounds... ****wits!

Some kid shot someone with a cross-bow. Then they talked about banning cross-bows. The Ffffing cross-bow industry dragged compound bows into it but providing evidence to the arseholes that the cams etc were similar. Just to try to increase their lobby numbers against the ban. Talk about bloody traitors and fifth-columnist idiots.

That is pretty bloody idiotic! I told my mate whom I live with about the proposed ban and he couldn't believe it (He is into compounds, I shoot a recurve crossbow). I can't believe it. The fact that Crossbow Australia dragged them into it is just a deadset backstab.
