I can't read the language that the auction is written in.
Please give me the light here...

Those barrels appear to have a 'step' in the diameter near the end of the forend wood.

I have not seen this before on a damascus barreled percussion shotgun before.
It appears to be unique to me.

Can you tell me more about this feature, or tell me if the auction page discusses this feature?

I don´t know the gun or the dealer. I´ll try to translate the text:
The dealer describes that the first 20.5 cm (8") are stronger than the rest of the barrels to bear higher powder charges.
Condition of the gun is fair, inner barrels clean, stock has a little failure at one end, locks well working. The gun is in good shooting condition.
