Hey Bakes, old is only a state of mind.

That ute had a V8 ,great work horse.

Donkey are also known as Kimberley Murray Grey(murray grey is a cattle breed)

Those donkey's look very skinny especially being loaded onto the ute in one piece.

Several years ago in a tiny little town called Ongole in the State of Andhra Pradesh in India, I ate donkey biriyani without knowing what it was. It was delicious. Turns out the locals there eat the meat because they consider it some kind of aphrodisiac and they also believe that it keeps them cool in what is one of the hottest places in India.

Good hunting!

Hi Sarg!!

Correct on the winch of course.... We guides are damn tough but not THAT strong!!!

Yes I call baby donkey - "the Prince of Meats" - most people ask for seconds and a lot ask to have it the next night too!!

We haven't met before, I dont think, but I have heard a lot about you Sarg (mostly good ). Bilkey still helps me out a bit and he is full of war stories... of course. Anyhow I'd like to catch up some time.... shoot me an email when you get a chance. matt@huntaust.com.au

Cheers
Matt

Sarg is referring to "Baby Donkey Schnitzel" - you might call it "Chicken Fried (Baby Donkey) Steak" .... I sometimes call it KFD - "Kentucky Fried Donkey" .....whatever you call it - it is the 'new' taste sensation!!

Matt,

We do have a recipes forum.

Unless this is a family secret, please post some of the recipes here when you find time.

Thanks and good hunting!
