Foxpro electionic game calls - anyone used one?

Anyone tried one of the foxpro electronic game calls?

Which model? How did it work? Obviously here in Australia would be used on foxes or dingos. What price is it? They're not very cheap from the prices on the website.

Many of course would say use a tin button whistle fox caller, but I've never had much success with them, when last tried, um, probably thirty years ago ... saw foxes running AWAY when a mate was calling with his.

People use them here.

Might suggest asking on another forum.

Their is another brand that is used by some people,
just can't remember what the hell it is. Will try to look it up.

Also, suggest looking at one of the one's that has one of those fluffy tails that rotates, seems to work well for bringing them into Shotgun range.

I have one--will have to go home to look at which model..have used it for about 4 years now..great calls..have tried several others but the quality was not there..

Used them to call in coyotes here..works extremely well...last time out I used a deer fawn call to bring in the coyotes..first a doe mule deer come in..then from the other direction, three coyotes came running...we got 2 of the 3..

highly recommend them

Called this one in with a mouth call in Alaska--several years ago..

I use the radio in my Land Cruiser with a cd on which I have avariety of sounds, male jackal teritorial call animals in distress ext and i have a mouth caller, close up I use a lip squick. It work like a charm. The jackal always come in - guarenteed

For the economy minded . About 10-12 years ago rigged up a caller with a cheap cassette player, speaker and 100' of speaker wire bought at the local electronics store. Used Johnny Stewart tapes. It worked great and cost less than fifty bucks.
