In the world of so many other things and Winchesters you get what you pay for...
The gun looks worn down and more or less a smoothbore(13mm shotgun)also..
A Turnbull restauration + a new barrel might do a little.
However for the low budget collector the gun might be a cheap intrance to a .50ex 1886 which in better conditions commands more.

It's been "road hard and put away wet". Not worth the asking price imho.
