Sign on "Oberhammer/München" Drilling?????

I am looking on any info about this "EB" (?) sign on an Oberhammer/münchen signed Drilling, proofed 8/13 in Zella Mehlis.
Remarkable on this gun is the barrell selector position.

Why didn't you send the EB mark and Zella - Mehlis proof date in the first place? The Drilling was made for Oberhammer by Emil Barthelmes, Meininger Sr.11, Zella, founded 1854. By 1913 run by a Max Metzner, existed at least until 1929.
