https://fb.watch/e5gqR6cKlX/ One could make this with boar or feral pig, feral goat, venison, virtually any game meat. Mince or chopped game with onions and garlic made into parties. Whipped eggs, herbs, sliced tomatoes. Coal baked sweet potatoes. Awesome chef in the mountains. |

Very much like a big frittata - we do those with pork sausage on occasion. Was that a slice of fat he laid in the baked potato? Might be nice with a blend of butter and tallow. |

Quote: I think it was. A bit of butter for me, not a wedge of fat. I believe this guy is either in Turkey or Azerbaijan. Somewhere like that. If a Muslim country it might not be pork being used. It looks like it to me. On the other hand they show a crocodile being cooked in another video and reptile is Haram for Muslims, not allowed, I believe. With these videos no recipes. One often has to guess. |

Some videos feature a big tandoori oven. An open top cermanic pot. A fire built at the bottom. They hang meat from little hooks at the top. A different way of cooking to what I am used to. |
