When we went to the States we stated with a couple in Salt Lake City for a week showing us around, always wondered why their oven were so damn big until we seen the turkeys over there........baby emus!
This however is a whole different ballgame!
I thought they'd gook with the skin on - but keeping it for leather instead.
I wonder what products that leather would be used for - ladies gloves perhaps?
