Just a photo and description from memory but it was delicious and will be made again. What its all about. The first successful use of my new slow cooker. A big crock of venison slow cooked casserole, using some fallow buck hock cuts and neck cuts, chunks of Kassler (pork), plus potatoes, carrots, red and green capsicum, cellery, mushrooms and good red wine. |

Looks good! I have a bunch of frozen elk and my wife has been needing more freezer space. That would be a nice dish for it. |
