Sunday night dinner, and the two nights since. A generous lamb roast and potatoes made on the webber BBQ.

looks so good. Had to put up with Sushi last night. Rib steak BQ's with mushrooms tonight - wife in Vietnam with friends, 2 more weeks 'bachlering' for me - with a brand new knee, yet.

Daryl, that is my bachelors dinner posted. Wife is off in the city for a few days, so I cooked myself a special dinner. Ha ha

Looks delish, John! Really nice plate of grub there, and that's coming from a lamb nut who used to raise them. I've got a feeder on the hoof I'll be killing for dinner with our Priest next week.
Knew you were batching it, too.
The "and the two nights since" was a dead giveaway!
When my wife goes walkabout I make big crock of bear curry on Day One and eat it until she arrives home again!!
