Khmer Pepper Chicken During my visit to Siem Reap, enjoyed lunch one day at a road side group of restaurants our tuk tuk driver took us to. A different Khmer dish I had not seen before - Khmer Pepper Chicken. Check out the number of whole pepper corns in this dish. I ate the first few, then decided to avoid the rest. just a "few" peppercorns left over. |

I just walk 400 yards down the hill for that experience. Great with duck! Issan cooking (hill country Thai/Burmese) is very similar. |

Most of Khmer cuisine is not hot. It can be spicy but is not necessary hot. The pepper dish above was a bit different and that amount of pepper burns. |

Bloody hell! One fart in the plane coming back mate & it'd be all over! How do you explain to the insurance mob a whole plane of tourists killed by an accidental death caused by flatulence????? The chocolate starfish has puckered up in sympathy just lookin' at that lot! I'm sweatin' already! |
