I’ve picked up a 12G Paradox by Midland Gun Company, it has the 3 1/2” case, I can’t find any information in books or on the internet. Does any one have any information on the 3 1/2” 12G Paradox? i.e. bullet weights, velocity etc. I don’t have the gun in my grubby little hands yet, I’m just trying to get a head start about this gun. |

There was a heavy 9 dram gun, a round ball gun, I'm sure but I do not remember the case length. |

Standard 12 bore “paradox” cartridge length was 2 1/2 Long range and magnum 2 3/4 inch Certainly 12bore rifles and heavy ball guns could have been chambered at 3 1/2 but wouldn’t have been considered a paradox style weapon But have to have more info on the gun That’s why he’s having trouble finding info on 3.5 inch paradox load there were none. |
