Really big trophy, at least for someone not familiar with elk; congratulations to the lady on her hunt! Louis |

Wow nice. What a first elk. BTW what are bull elk like to eat? Do they get stinky in the rut? Are bull's meat tougher? Lots of it though. The best meat is younger animals always. But what a trophy. I want one one day ! And a big room to hang it in. Waidmannsheil to the happy lady. |

Its a fake, stage set by the CIA and Trump. Everybody knows the 6.5 Crudemoore can't do that. Seriously, congratulations to her. That is a top first Elk and an excellent shot. |

I thought so too, Mike. My wife hasn't hunted since the kids were born - early 80's. No drive to hunt. Kinda the same feeling I have for hunting since my hunting buddy died. |
