Tree Stand View

This was just sent to me by a close friend from Smithers. We do not know the area involved. Note how the last picture shows 2 wolves holding the bull moose (antler dropped and re-growth has started) by the nose and neck, while the others feed. And the Greenies say we're cruel. Bloody idiots. Nature is cruel. Only the big cats in Africa kill their game before consuming it, as far as I know.

I have no further information about the pictures, but will pass along that info if it materializes.

Wouldn't a 10-22 have been handy!

Fabulous shots of nature at it's best.
What are the chances of that happening right in front of your tree stand?
Nature isn't cruel, it's just nature.
'Cruel' is just a word used to describe something, in nature, that humans don't, or refuse, to understand.
In my opinion, humans are the only animals that can be 'cruel'. Especially to their fellow beings.

We ALL have our opinions and are entitled as such to those opinions..BUT yours is certainly not mine...really don't see the beauty in entire herds of numerous species disappearing ..not just a couple hundred or even a couple thousand but literally tens of thousands...

In my opinion --THAT is cruel....

Re: Tree Stand View

Just got back from our annual Spring gopher shoot. One ranch we shoot has been inundated with wolves all winter and spring - wolf shit all over the place - they lost 34 calves last winter - an easy winter as far as weather - figure a calf that age would be worth about $1,000.00 each. That cuts into the profits for the year. Rancher's lad was able to shoot 4 and trap a few more.

Here's the video I just ordered this morning. If you want to know reasons and answers, I'm betting this video will provide them.
Watch the trailer and decide.

Interesting photos of nature in the raw.

Quite amazing it all happened under the tree stand too.

Cruelty is part of nature, but it is only a man-made concept, man being in theory above nature and an animal.

Perhaps the animal-rights nutters should consider this when they push their "animal equal rights" theories.
