Oberndorf?

Here is a few pics of my JP Sauer.I think this is a short transitional small ring Oberndorf Mauser action but would like some other opinions.It has the Sauer number on the reciever and barrel and the Mauser number on all other parts.It doesn't have the lock on the bolt shroud.What do you guys think?

Hi Fred: If you have speeds "Archive" book, there is a chart on pg. 29 showing the dimensions of the short & standard length transitional small ring actions. Screw hole centers for the short is 7.68", the standard is 7.87.

wvfred ..... im going to say it is an early oberndorf the bolt handle is without a doubt oberndorf, at that time no other german maker used a teardrop style as that is ,j,p, sauer used oberndorf actions in all the sauers ive seen or owned....paul
