Thanks Kalunga! Actually it was sent by it's previous owner for some expert cleaning up by Eugene Combrink of Sabi Wapens in Nelspruit. So was the 10.75 pictured in my first post.

That had me rushing to check.....Luckily it's just a bit of ruff on the metal that photographed like that

I've got a great little load using Hornady 175gr roundnose at just over 2100fps which is accurate enough for some bushveld hunting Sadly, season for good hunting of that sort of walk & stalk is still 6 months away
