yes, its a three feet claw mount, being a postwar scope it would come from a mannlicher schönauer
the three feet claw mount is also called here "mannlicher schönauer claw mount"

I've shot rifles (other people's) with those scope reticles. Not my favourite by far, but they are interesting.

Ha ha, I love a tapered post and cross hair. I especially ordered a Weaver with it. For my 4x scope originally on my .30-06. Zeiss no.2 or 7 above.
Only improved by the addition of two heavier side cross bars to the thin horizontal cross hair.
The tapered point of the post allows accurate shooting. The tapered post leads the eye naturally to the centre.
