The Group that René Chapuis is actually managing, is based into a brand new plant built in 1990, that has been extended in 1998. Chapuis Armes as reorganized the all production into this brand new Factory, by developing a new machining concept with more than twenty CNC machines, using the latest computer designed for the machining of the receiver as well as all the major mechanical parts of the guns. Because of its latest high performance and modern CNC machines, as well as all the various control made during the production, the company Chapuis Armes made the complete gun from A to Z.

Even the rifle barrel are made in house trough a cold hammer process, with the Fritz Werner machine that as been installed in 1998 when Chapuis Armes took over the Manurhin Company.
