Nice rifle and one of only 970 that were purchased from the trade in early 1915.

The value will depend on which country you live.

Are you able to post a few photos of the markings on the barrel and action. I take it that the rifle is a BSA?

Regards

Alan

Is it marked Lee Speed?

Or is it a commercial sporting pattern made on a Lee action.

Not all Martini's are MH's. Nor are all Sporting pattern Lee actions, Lee Speed's. It's a popular misuse of the Term.

A true Lee Speed should be marked "Lee Speed" Others can be "Lee Speed" Pattern, but that doesn't make them Lee Speed's.
