Cogswell and Harrison spotted

Walked into a local shop today and spotted a Cogswell Lee Speed on the rack. I know just shy of zero about Lee Speeds, but it was a fine rifle and that certainly caught my attention. Shortened and engraved mag, flip up tangent/express combo sight, chambered in .303. The major down side, it’s been reblued, but everything else looked to be original. I don’t know anything about the value of such a rifle, especially adding in the hit of the reblue but it was surely intriguing. It’s identical, except for the reblue, to Lancaster’s rifle in this thread:
