Namibian Safari 07
|
|
Hello Everyone,
In July, my wife and I took our first safari to the Gras Game Lodge. We hunted for 7 days with PH Errol Lambrechts for plainsgame. I was lucky to take a number of trophy animals; in addition, my wife took her first big game animal follwed by her second and third. Gras is a wonderful place for a first safari; the people, food, accommodations and game were excellent - we look forward to going there again.
Here are some pics...Enjoy!
Anyone considering a plainsgame hunt in Namibia should look into Gras. We booked our hunt through Wendell Reich as Hunter's Quest.

Thanks for sharing your hunt with us. You took some beautiful trophies. Gras Ranch is an excellent place for the first timer to get introduced to hunting in Africa. I know several people who've been "blooded" there. Wendell is also a straight up guy when it comes to booking hunting trips. Congratulations - the smiles of you and your wife tell it all.

Namibia has called me for a long time. Long past time to make it happen. Thanks for sharing. Is Gras Ranch the one the speak as the main house being carried in to its location on oxen train ???? I have heard of one south and east of Windhoek and this "looks" like the photos I have seen.
