ATF agents aren't cops. They don't have the smarts nor the common sense to be real Peace Officers. Their only true purpose in life is to screw the little guy, PERIOD. Lord knows what would happen if they went after the really bad dudes who have multiple weapons of various types and will shoot anybody who comes along.

The guy taking the photo must be ATF as well.
Not that I'm a fan of the BATF but personally, I think that the photo is staged.

Looks like a Weatherby ammo box there in the corner under the circle.You see all kind of stupid shit at the range.Sometime I think its safer to stay at home.I saw a redneck one time with a Marlin Guide Gun.He had it in a gun vise on a table with 2 other guys sitting there the hammers back,and he walks straight out in front of it to fix the target.I know it's loaded I seen him work the lever.If one of those guys would have bumped that tigger.I would have seen what a 45-70 could have done to a redneck.Dave
