CBE here in Oz make a .410" - but with a gas check.

Dave also makes the 310 cadet heeled bullet as well so maybe that could be at least a starting point for you?
What is the cartridge you're looking at Casper - you have me intrigued!

If you haven't looked already there is a .410" Pistol bullet section as well Casper.
No heeled bullet, but hopefully something that might be within the weight range &able to be converted?

You are looking for actual cast bullets or would you get a mould and cast your own?
