That would be "Franz" W. Kessler (Suhl - Germany) and it's definitely an export piece being marked "Made in Germany". Nice gun and thank you for posting; love them clamshells.

Though the company was run by the descendants Bernhard and Franz(without W.) Kessler in the 1930s, the company name remained "Friedrich Wilhelm Kessler, Suhl", trademark the stamp shown above. As there were about 15 other Kesslers active in Suhl and Zella-Mehlis they preserved the well-known and established FWK name.
