Merkel 140-2 double rifle SCAM on GB

Just a heads up to the guys that follow this forum and might be looking at Merkel's.
This GB advert is the EXACT same rifle that is being legitimately sold by Russ Gould's Double Gun Headquarters.
Photos have been copied and used on the GB advert even down to th picture of the original box with end label very clearly showing the serial number.

Yep, called Russ Gould and did the "fraud" submission on GB....who knows how much good it will do.
ADDED: would have posted this earlier but unable to log in to NE until 1840L tonight.

I think that at least some of the listed items on Russ' site are consignment.
I sent him a note with a link to the gunbroker item.

I got word back that this indeed is a repeated scam, and that Russ Gould has informed gunbroker of the problem for the second time.

Well done Mike.
Apologies, the forums are running slow for me as well. Dump the browser and restarted it several times in the last couple of days, and complained to the ISP about the grindingly slow server at the ISP again this weekend.
