Bergsmuller vierling in 16/8x57jrs/22 hornet. Lop 13 3/4, chokes f&f, hornet .224. Shot bores and hornet excellent, pitting in grooves of 8mm, but shoots fine. Hensoldt 1.5x6 in claw mounts. Repaired crack in head of stock. Please email rdsl@zianet.com for pics or questions. $9650

This is not the standard vierling with sxs shot, large caliber under and small on top. Hornet is in the middle of the other 3.

The standard Vierling configuration with the small bore barrel in the top rib is called a "Kreuzvierling" = cross vierling. The T – Vierling with the small bore barrel in between the shot barrels and the big bore rifle one was "invented" by Burgsmüller, Kreiensen, in 1933 and the design protected by DRGM Nr. 138 9907.
