Pre 64 Mdl 70 30-06 Bbl FS

This is a pre 64 Mdl 70, 24" standard weight barrel marked 30 Govt 06. Year is 1937, first year production. Bore is vg, finish is 90% with a few small scratches and roughness around the muzzle. Ramp but no sights. Asking $90 TYD lower 48.

Ironically come across a Pre-64--in .270W --new --in the box--never fired about a month ago..felt really good about that little purchase...have another --but needs work in 300H&H...

Price drop, $80 TYD. Ripp, looks like you have a tough call to make, I think I'd leave it in the box as is, but I can certainly see the allure of shooting and hunting with a true classic.
