.470 NE Merkel African Safari Custom Double Rifle - Pristine

For sale is my immaculate .470 NE Merkel 140 AE African Safari double rifle with beautiful custom African Big Game engraving and a custom Merkel case.
The 140 AE is the latest "Safari" rifle from Merkel featuring cocking indicators, a Greener-style cross bolt and double bottom bite, folding front trigger and selective ejectors!!! (a rare but very useful feature) The stock is beautiful European Walnut with an African black Ebony grip cap. It has one standing three leaf express rear sights and a ramped front sight with high visibility bead.
This rifle regulates very well with off-the-shelf, 500gr Hornady Ammo and has fired less than 80 rounds to date. It is in pristine, like new, condition with no dings, scuffs, scratches or safe kisses etc. at all. I babied this rifle... and the only reason I am even considering parting with it is because I have been offered a Krieghoff double in .470 NE by a good friend for a great price.
I also have IMR powder load data available that regulates superbly with 500gr Woodleigh bullets.
This rifle is worth well over $10,000US. I am willing to let it go for only $7,900-00 CAD to a discerning buyer. This is a GREAT deal if you want an immaculate big bore African Double.
