a special Damasteel knife for myself
|
this knife is a bit special, wanted to make myself one for a long time now.
i work on it when i have time.
have come to the stage where i have to sand the scales flush to the tang
might get it finished soon...
it is 300mm x 47mm x 4.5mm. the blade is 167mm

a knife of beauty as well as function - can't beat that!!
Is the scales birds eye maple?

the scales are spalted birch that has been stabilized and afrikan blackwood

so far i´m happy with it
