G'Day Fella's, Here's a link to a news report on the new shotgun, the "Veloce" from Verney Carron (VC). http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-05-30/pu...oncerns/9807790 We are all still waiting for the Adler Lever Action shotgun, to jump up by it's self and start doing evil here in Australia/Oz (as the Gun Grabbers have previously predicted), but depite 30,000 of them being imported into Oz, none have been involved in any criminal acts or other missuse. Now these same Gun Grabbers have moved onto the VC Veloce.... sigh.......... Fingers crossed for a favourable Federal Court decision, on the Veloce's importation. By the way, the same importer has been importing the VC "Speedline" centerfire rifle (ln .30-06, .300 Win Mag, etc), into Australia for a couple of years now. It's action, opperates basically the same as the Veloce (as an auto-Unloader, which reduces recoil substancially) and it was authorised to be imported years ago now.......... so? I hope to see a lot of used Adlers shotguns for sale, in the near future! Doh! Homer |

Pump action 3006 tick Pump action 410 cross Im not holding my breath. Would i buy one which is 4 x price of an Adler and more than a Beretta SP1 I'm not sure. I guess it depends on how they handle. |

The rifle handles reasonably well, the need to remove the trigger hand to operate the lever reduces it's accurate rate of fire to lower than a pump. But it’s nicely done and works well. |

G'Day Fella's, Thank you for that info Excess Express. I have a Speedline in stock for a customer at present (in .30-06). As you suggest and we should expect these days, fit and finish is typical European Quality! The rifle shoulders well, and balance and handling is excellent..... I'm even tempted to get one. Looking forward to and have my fingers crossed, for getting a Veloce in 12 Gauge. Avagreatweekendeh! Homer |
