Interesting silent film of a female hunter on safari

A silent home film of a female hunter on Safari in the 1930's using a Mannlicher Schoenauer rifle which she handles very naturally. It is a single trigger model non take-down with an unusually large rear tangent sight. Tangent sights being very rare on sporting MS rifles anyway.

Very interesting video - worked this time. Looks too hot for this bloke.
Weather turned a bit here, was out shopping for 'stuff' with Tracy and it was a nice sunny 14C
Nice and clear and quite comfortable tee shirt weather.

That is our WINTER weather. Went for a walk yesterday. Do have a "cold". Was wearing a polarfleece t-shirt, shirt, jacket and leather vest.
Alright it was 10 to 12 deg C.

No problems, I quite enjoyed it, looks like they were having quite an adventure, and of course the fact that she was using a MS rifle helped.

Great find! Wonderful to see, and the Mannlicher she uses is very much alike to my own even though it's not a take-down as mine.

Looks, to me, like she's hunting with one of the Cottars....by the hat on the driver of the safari car.
She's shooting a Mannlicher and I'd say they're up on the NFD for the elephant.
Just my observations.
Love to find out the whole story.
