My hat off for the CAR PHs and hunters

As you know the CAR is in turmoil with a civil war degenerating since the beginning of this year.

Any place there are unsafe, let alone roads if one can call roads what are bad trails.

Talking with Michel Vaillier a taxdermist, he confirms that some PHs are back working in the ugliest conditions in their areas.
Their names are

Jean Pierre LEROUX Club Faune

Marcel Tiran

Marcel Tiran and Matthieu Laboureur are sons of reputed PHs of the Ubangui Chari time, and were almost born, but sure raised in CAR.

I am very impressed that these guys have the guts to keep on working in such a dangerous country.

My hat off to their clients too. You have to love hunting for taking so much risks.

with a very similar conflict in south sudan now it looks like putsch time in africa again. maybe the last full moon?
deep in the jungle its safe but meeting nervous negro soldiers with the finger on the ak 47 trigger when passing a road block is probably no fun when they dont know the whole situation.
