Sako Mauser again

Hello all,
Does anyone know if the Sako Mauser a.k.a. Sako Hi-Power was chambered in 7x57 by the factory?
I stumbled upon one - I haven't seen it other than in photos - and I was wondering whether it is original or a barrel swap.

Probably factory custom made for clients special order. SAKO used do make some.
