Brno ZKK 601 magazine box

The ZKK 601 came in both .222/.223 length cartridges and .243/.308 length cartridges. Does anyone know if they used the same magazine box and follower for all cartridges, or were they specific for the individual cartridge? Likewise was the action feed rails different for each calibre?

My ZKK 601 in .223 has the magazine blocked at the rear and raised ridges pressed in the sides of the magazine box. The follower is also marked "Remington .223". The feed rails most likely are different from the .308 length cartridges given the modifications to the magazine.

Thanks Bill. I was wanting to build a 601 in .22-250. The options were to buy a .223 and rechamber or buy a .243/.308 and rebarrel. While the .223 option would retain the original barrel appearance, I'm not keen on trying to obtain a new follower and mag box, not too mention finding a smith who could properly reshape the feed rails.
