.350 rigby ammo

Not sure where to post, but I have a few questions. At a local shop, there are approximately 100 loaded rounds that are what would appear to be well over 40 years old. They are cupro-nickel bullets, the brass case itself for the better part of 90% of them appear to be very good. I know it is not Kynoch or Eley. My questions are what are some of the other makers of this ammo, and what would one consider a fair purchase. One the case head, it reads just .350 Rigby Magnum. The store is asking 4.00/round

They could be Rigby loaded in which case the bullets will be steel jacketed. RWS also loaded with steel jacketed bullets which some mistake for cupro-nickel (same silver colour) but their case heads were stamped RWS. Use a magnet to confirm if steel or cupro-nickel. The latter often riveted or broke up if hitting bone (apparently) so would not be as valuable as cartridges loaded with steel jacketed bullets.
From my experience with earlier factory ammunition, Kynoch at least, is that a percentage of the cases suffer neck splits on firing. If lucky enough that they don't, then anneal before reloading.
