To change records on this site?

Hello to all.
I used an e-mail address to set up my account on this site. The carrier I used was sub-standard and got worse over time so I changed to g-mail, but I still have the old e-mail as the recorded address here. (not used anymore and closed that account with that company ) I want to change it to the new address, but have no idea how to do that. I am NOT cyber wise at all.
Can someone out there tell my how to change my records on this site?

On this page, go up to the top where it says "*** Enjoy NitroExpress.com? Participate and join in. ***"
Under that, click on "My Home"
ON the next page, find "Main Configuration". Under that, you'll see " * Personal information, email, password, etc. " To the right on that line, you'll see the word "Edit". Click on "Edit".
This takes you to the Edit Profile page, where you can enter a new email address (in the line that currently shows your old address). Once you've changed your email address, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Submit".
DON'T FORGET TO CLICK ON SUBMIT!!! If you do, you'll feel like an idiot when you realize you did't change your address. That's what I've heard anyhow, wasn't me, nobody saw anything. . . .
