Years ago 1800s [i think it was] in the UK an elephant was on Trial for killing a person ,was found guilty and hung

Hello gryphon about 600 snaps of the trip the wild life in the park are tame, every thing is used to the tourist jeeps driving past, the lions we saw were only about 5 mtrs away same with the samba,blue buck, chital, forest pigs and many more.

Yes I have seen that from numerous doco`s.Africa`s lions or hyaenas have 20 tourist vans sharing the experience of the feast as well it seems.

Can you post up some photos anyway?

iomskp I got your emails with your photos and have hosted a couple through my PB account.

I can still remember Nick Harvey`s article in taking a Nilgai bull in India written up in the SS mag.I seem to remember he used an 8mm RM..seem to remember that is!

JG, yes NH u;sed a 8mm Rem Mag. I wonder how he got permission to hunt there, assuming he got permission. I have been invited to hunt there, more than once, but no "official" gov't permission !!!
