Some awesome trophies in there as well as some spectacular country. Those lilly white legs look a bit cold crossing the stream. Sweet as. |

Well done Gentlemen. Congratulations on your successful hunt. Some nice trophies there, and yes, the size does not make the trophy, the hunt does. |

Tough going by the looks of that Mick! Would have been a good hunt & fantastic memories for you both. Not wrong about that water, straight off the mountains...have lumps under my ears just thinking about it! |

Gold! South Westland is as close as one comes to huntingheaven on earth. The bush-bashing on the way from the hut and landing pad to the spot where you took the trophy prictures? A bit curious wether you flew or walked in, and if pics are from different locations as I know the area a bit :-) |

Quote: We flew in and bush bashed for a spike camp, up in the high stuff. Did five days with only one bad weather wise. Out for a day then in to another location for the chamois. Three days cut short by West coast weather. Yeah a great location, where you have to do the hard yards to get a trophy. Cheers Mick |

Don't Tryolean Chamois hunters traditionally wear a ear ring through one ear? 264 you need a ear ring now. |
