That's a good looking bull.

Nice long horned cow.

Another excellent bull trophy and with crescent horns.

Pato Jr, what's a "250"? Is it a typo for a .450 or are you using a tiny calibre?

Re: buff taken

I am interested in the 45-70 question to.

I have a Sabatti DR in 45-70 and would like to, one day, take a buff with it.

I reload so any suggested buff load would be good to.

Re: buff taken

Never tried a .45/70 but I am sure it can kill a buffalo providing proper projectiles are used and the right shots are taken.

However there will be times and situations when it is not adequate. So be warned.

Not wrong there - certainly an old warrior for sure!
And yes a very lovely young lass as well - I hope it was hers, as one like that is certainly a trophy of a lifetime regardless.
