Hoppdoc and Andre are both correct. I have a rifle with a similarly light trigger, and I have trained myself to use it. I pull the rear trigger, then put my finger on the front of the trigger guard until I am ready to break the shot. Then I bring the finger back, touch the front trigger, and break a good shot. It reminds me of "slapping" a shotgun trigger, only lighter. The screw Andre points to is the set adjustment, and you can adjust the set trigger pull weight yourself. However, I've never examined one that had been adjusted by an amateur that I liked. Use caution. Take care, Tom |
