Well, there traipses through my somewhat magnum-with-no-ear-plugs-addled little mind a Ruger #1 with presentation-grade wood and a similar takedown system in three different calibers: 30 Super, 375 H&H mag, and .458 Lott. Whatcha think, mates, would that make star quality, or What??!!!

Wouldn't that just be the cat's ass?! I'd be tempted to go with one of the 45 calibre NEs for the big bore. Lott performance can be attained in the #1 action and it keeps the classical flavour.

I mean, if it says Nitro Express after the designation, it's got to be great, eh?!
