the Wesson does not have a stalking safety as it comes from Steve Earle. Most of these actions are being set up for BPC competition. That isn't my style, but big bore single shots are. I'm going to add the stalking safety myself. I can see how in front of the hammer on a right hand lock would not be that handy, but thats how Henry did them. I want a big bore nitro cartridge on a Henry....something he never made, now I have my chance.
