What ever method you use to carry spare ammo make sure you try it shooting and loading from the right side and the left side of the rifle. I got a black eye from a friends 30-06 butt stock holder shot left handed.

Same thing with the wrist holder. Practice with it from both sides.

I shoot from either side of the rifle as the shot presents itself. I won't pass a good shot because its on the other side of the rifle.
