Re: 9.3x72r twist rate

Last week was the first time I shot my Cape Gun. It is German made circa 1891-1911, probably earlier rather than later. Made by A Korinski, from Erlanden. I shot S&B 193 gr bullets. I measured the twist as 1 in 24".The results were good. I ran into a sighting problem with glare when the sun came out. I've since reblued the sights and will try again in the near future. I don't have the numbers with me but if memory serves me it has 4 grooves and 4 lands. I'm at work or I'd give the the measurments but I do remember they are not the same width.
