Yes 24g Magtech brass is used for making .577/450 cases. These pre-formed cases occasionally come up for sale on our Trade Me auction site, I can't recall what the price was last time I saw some for sale. At the moment there are some Bertram .577/450 for sale on Trade Me at NZ$185 per 20 pieces which is pretty pricy although I imagine these cases have a long life.

If I recall correctly I think the cases made from Magtech 24g brass were advertised as very long lasting due to the heavy brass used.

Found an image of 24g Magtech brass formed to .577/450 that I had kept when last seen on Trade Me
