I would probably use this because I like to play with such things but it make maybe more sense to start reloading the 577/450 what I would do anyway. at least the brass, because of the 24 ga magtech, is super cheap and when you have the die set and the right mould its more or less for free.
when loading the 45 colt with blackpowder, a round ball of the right size it will maybe work. you even don't need the reloading stuff, just balls, primer and blackpowder.
