I cast 51gr. FN BT bullets in pure lead for my .25 cal. Condor air rifle using an N.O.E. 4 cavity mould. After cooling down, I use Lyman Moly bullet spray to coat them. There is no measurable increase in size.
It is possible that one of the Air Gun slug makers makes a slug in the 40 to 50 gr. range.
