I have 3 Rooks. A single and double in 297/250 and a single in 22 hornet. They probably give the most pleasure of any of my guns. I am surprised more are not ordered new. Australia has very few good rook rifles.
Hello Ahmed577, Thanks for your reply.
I actually have 8 Rook rifles. 360 No.5 - 300 LS - 300 Sherwood - 300 Rook - 297-250 Rook - 297 L2 - and (2) in 297-230
I love shooting them all. I have tons of custom brass for the 297-230 and have been able to supply a lot of shooters with this hard to find brass.
Wow. So there is actually both a .297/250 and a .297/230.
The chambering engraving on my riflebis very hard to read. I've actually changed the registration from .230 to .250, but what is it really?
What brass is the basis for either chambering, .250 and .230?
