Appears to me to be a similar flavour, however I think it is a "one-off" gun designed and 'custom' made, likely in a German or Austrian shop.
It is also similar (idea) to some of Billinghurst Harmonica-actions of the percussion period in the USA.
Quite an interesting design and operation, with the shotgun chamber sliding sideways to be in line with the action and butt stock.
