Wow......most unusual that one!
The internals would be rather different from the 'standard' Martini that's for sure; but if the operating rod could be attached to the tumbler (somehow) then you could do away with the operating lever completely.
You could also make this operating rod time with the extractor as well to assist in extraction.
Not an easy task for sure!
